1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.
- Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@ledec.com with photos of the damage.
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as “final sale.”
- Custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
