1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.
  • Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at returns@ledec.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@ledec.com with photos of the damage.
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “final sale.”
  • Custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
